Mark Geraci, of counsel, is a senior associate in Barbiero Bisch O'Connor & Commander LLP’s litigation practice group. His areas of practice include medical malpractice defense, corporate/commercial litigation, and general liability defense.
Prior to joining BBOCLLP, Mr. Geraci worked as an associate at a large defense firm where he handled medical malpractice and commercial litigation matters from inception through trial. He also served as principal law clerk and senior counsel to several New York State Supreme Court Justices where he conferenced cases, researched complex questions of law, and prepared judicial decisions on all matters before the court. Mr. Geraci also serves as an adjunct professor of Constitutional Law and Business Law at Stony Brook University.
Mr. Geraci graduated from Stony Brook University in 2010, summa cum laude, and from Fordham University School of Law in 2013, cum laude. In 2014, he was admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. In 2015, Mr. Geraci earned the credential of Certified Fraud Examiner. In 2019, he was admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court.
