Patrick H. Thompson Esq is a member of the firm who handles the defense of cases involving premises liability, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and general negligence from discovery and trial.  Prior to joining Barbiero Bisch O’Connor & Commander LLP, Mr. Thompson was a Partner at a Nassau County–based defense firm that defended significant construction accident claims and general liability claims that were venued in Nassau, Suffolk, the five boroughs, Westchester, Orange, and Rockland Counties, as well as the Capital District. In addition, Mr. Thompson has assisted his clients with the development of risk management strategies that have enabled them to be better suited to avoid litigation in the future. 

 Mr. Thompson, a native of Kings Park, New York, received his Bachelor’s degree in History from SUNY Oneonta in 2012, graduating cum laude. He earned his J.D. from Albany Law School in 2016. While attending Albany Law, he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, served as a student mentor, and was the Online Content Editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology. Mr. Thompson is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. When he is not attending to client business, Mr. Thompson enjoys spending time with his family and maintaining an active lifestyle through sports. Mr. Thompson enjoys golfing, beach volleyball, and hiking.
