BBOC is proud to announce that Pamela Gleit, Esq has been made a member of the firm as of January 1, 2025. Since her graduation from Law School in 2001, Pam has concentrated her practice on the defense of Hospitals, Physicians and Mid-Level providers who are involved in claims where Medical Malpractice is alleged and also has defended against General Liability claims involving significant personal injury. During her 24-year career, Pam has efficiently and effectively handled all aspects of cases in both the Trial and Appellate Courts in New York State. She routinely participates in developing defense strategies for firm clients and has been instrumental in managing a caseload which involves some of the firm’s most difficult cases. She has also established successful protocols for litigating Covid cases and has worked closely with institutional clients to advocate in favor of immunity under the EDTPA and Prep Act. Her reputation for simplifying difficult assignments is well known amongst her peers and her tenacity in executing those assignments has enabled BBO&C to successfully defend matters that are either in litigation or in the pre-litigation stage.Congratulations Pam on a well-deserved promotion.
