Brian is a partner who defends a variety of clients in all phases of litigation in matters involving construction accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability and motor vehicle accidents in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Kings, Bronx, New York, Richmond, Orange, Dutchess,, Westchester, Putnam, Sullivan and Onondoga Counties. Brian achieves successful results for his clients through effective motion practice, aggressive negotiations or in the course of trial.

Brian graduate from Siena College in Loudonville, New York in 2002 and St. John’s University School of Law in 2005. Brian is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
