Harold A. Campbell, Esq., a member of the firm, is a trial attorney with more than 25 years of experience defending complex civil litigation throughout New York State. Mr. Campbell concentrates his practice on premises liability, construction and Labor Law claims, automobile and trucking accidents, insurance coverage disputes, municipal liability, products liability, negligence, and breach of contract matters. He regularly handles cases from inception through trial, appeal, and alternative dispute resolution.

​Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Campbell spent eight years with Johnson & Johnson, a Fortune 100 company, in its pharmaceutical division. During that time, he achieved national recognition for ranking No. 1 nationally in market share. ​Mr. Campbell’s corporate and analytical background informs a practical, business-minded approach to litigation strategy, risk assessment, and case valuation.

​Mr. Campbell earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Hofstra University. He is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
