Judd Cohen has handled medical malpractice and general liability claims for over 35 years. Over the course of his career, Mr. Cohen has represented major medical institutions as well as individual physicians, nurses and other health care providers in all aspects of medical malpractice litigation, and has successfully represented clients in significant general liability matters from lawsuit inception to trial. Mr. Cohen interacts directly with clients to develop case analysis and recommendations for proper resolution of claims and works together with the firm to establish best practices for claims administration. He has also participated in a wide range of alternative dispute resolution proceedings in medical malpractice cases and high exposure personal injury matters.

Mr. Cohen received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California and obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in business from Arizona State University. Mr. Cohen is admitted to practice law in both New York and Arizona, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
