Pamela M. Gleit, a member of the firm, has over two decades of experience defending Medical Malpractice and Nursing Home negligence claims, as well as General Liability claims involving significant personal injury. She graduated from the University of Maryland Honors Program summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1997. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from Hofstra University School of Law, graduating with distinction, in 2001. She was a member of the Hofstra Law Review where she also served on the Executive Board as a Notes & Comments Editor. Over the course of her career, Ms. Gleit has handled all aspects of litigation in both trial and Appellate Courts in New York State. She has authored and argued many successful appeals in the Appellate Division, Second Department and has also been involved in briefing issues of first impression in COVID-19 matters.
