BBO&C is proud to recognize Nicole D. Fogarty as a Partner of the firm. Nicole concentrates her practice in general and professional liability defense, representing clients from inception through trial. She brings substantial experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including depositions, expert retention, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, jury selection, and jury trials. Prior to joining BBO&C, Nicole worked with a prominent New York medical malpractice defense firm and served as Trial Counsel in-house for one of the nation’s largest general liability insurers, where she took more than 20 verdicts with favorable results throughout the New York metropolitan area.
A proven hands-on litigator, Nicole is known for her strategic approach and practical judgment, understanding that cases can be successfully resolved through trial, settlement, or decisive court rulings. She graduated cum laude from Hunter College and earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where she was an active member of the Hispanic Students Association. Nicole is a member of the Puerto Rican Bar Association, the Queens County Bar Association, and the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on the New York Mets with her daughter.
